Easy Pixels is free to install. You're only charged once you start a paid plan, and all billing is handled securely through Shopify - we never touch your card details.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Easy Pixels isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund of your most recent charge within 14 days of that charge. We'd rather you only pay for something that genuinely helps your store, so there are no hard feelings and no hoops to jump through.
How to request a refund
Reach out through our contact page or start a chat from any page, and include your Shopify store domain. Eligible refunds are issued back through Shopify, usually within a few business days.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime by uninstalling Easy Pixels from your Shopify admin - once uninstalled, you won't be billed again. Uninstalling stops future charges but doesn't automatically refund the current period; if you'd like your latest charge back, just request a refund within the 14-day window.
After 14 days
Requests made more than 14 days after a charge fall outside the guarantee and are reviewed case by case. Get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
